What is AEMO (Australia NEM)?

AEMO (Australian Energy Market Operator) National Electricity Market summary — for each region (NSW1, QLD1, VIC1, SA1, TAS1): the spot price (AUD/MWh), total demand, scheduled and semi-scheduled generation, and net interchange, on a near-real-time 5-minute cadence. Gas-fired generation sets the marginal price across much of the NEM, so this complements the WA petroleum connector with the Australian power-demand side. Free, no auth. Toggle on and use.

Start a new chat → Click the + button (left of text box) → Open dropdown → Hover over three dots labeled “More” → Select your connector
